HCLA “Law & Business-Database” for Eurasia

HCLA “Law & Business-Database” for Eurasia

As part of the project “Cross-Border Cases: Optimizing Business, Minimizing Disputes”, the HCLA network in association with renowned national and international law firms, economic experts, academics and public authorities, have launched the exclusive database “Law & Business”. The database contains laws, regulations, directives, and bilateral, regional, and international agreements relating to foreign investment, business activities, company registration, ownership, export, and import policies. The database also contains the most relevant arbitration proceedings as well as the recent case law of courts and arbitration tribunals of selected Eurasian countries.

Currently, legal and business information, proceedings, and documents from nine countries, including Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Oman, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan are included in the database.

Who can benefit from the Database?

Lawyers, researchers, public institutions, companies and entrepreneurs wishing to do business in the target countries, or companies from these countries wishing to do business in the European Union may benefit from the database and obtain accurate advice on law, business, arbitration, and cross-border transactions.
